Where to Eat... |
|
Breakfast |
Breakfast at Jonesy’s was okay. Could be that their specialty is steak that’s why their breakfast isn’t outstanding. |
Lunch |
We had lunch in Yountville, at the Cantinetta Piero where the food is delicious and the service is good. Try their Pork Milanese – it’s delicious. |
Dinner |
Dinner at the Pacifico Restaurante was great. The foods is very flavorful and the service is good and quick; plus the ambience is very relaxing. |
What to Do... |
|
Morning |
First stop for us that morning in Napa is the Beringer Vineyards along Airpark Roads, near Napa County Airport. Beringer has been Napa’s benchmark producer since 1876. Beringer has two tasting rooms where you can sample their best wines such as the Cabernet Sauvignon. The tour of the estate, including the Rhine House and St. Helena is simply wonderful. |
Afternoon |
After the trip to Beringer Vineyards, we drove north to Yountville to sample the restaurants there. We opted for Cantinetta Piero which offers delectable Italian cuisine. We then drove further north to Calistoga and took advantage of its many attractions. First we went for a hot air balloon flight really enjoyed the spectacular view of Calistoga from above. Next we stopped by CA'TOGA Galleria D' Arte to see the different art works that are on display. |
Evening |
After a long and adventure-filled day, we had dinner at the Pacifico Restaurante for some Mexican and then went in for some muc-needed relaxation at the Lavender Hill Spa. |
